We’re based in the Greater Montreal region of Quebec, Canada. All sales are typically made through our online store or at one of our many hosted events.

Our orders are processed within 3-5 business days. After completing payment, you will be sent a confirmation email with the details of your order, this means your order is in the production process. In 3-5 business days, you will receive another email with your shipment details and status of your order.

All return requests must be made within a 30-day time span of your order. Returns are only eligible for products that were damaged throughout the delivery process and/or upon receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging with the sustained damage.
To start a return, you can contact us send us a picture of your order with the damage, and your order number. Within a 3-day waiting period, you will receive an update on the status of your return request. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, with a return address and instructions on how to send your package.
